# 3.1.8 Obtain Heroes
WIN NFT HERO players may obtain heroes in the following ways:
1\. Purchase mystery boxes on the official marketplace.
2\. Buy them from other players via the official marketplace or Bourse.
3\. Climb up the PvP leaderboard and earn them as rewards.
4\. Buy them with WNH in the Store.
5\. Use Recruit.
In addition, players may be rewarded with heroes when they participate in special events held by the WIN NFT HERO team during certain holidays.
